Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Lucky 93 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or under different names using the same device, IP address, payment method or residential address — is strictly prohibited. Lucky 93 uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify Lucky 93 promptly if any details change. Lucky 93 is not responsible for any loss caused by your failure to keep account information up to date.
Lucky 93 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 25,000 or in other circumstances as determined by Lucky 93's compliance team. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within 30 days of request will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 93 username and password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Lucky 93 support immediately at support@lucky93.bet. Lucky 93 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
All transactions at Lucky 93 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky 93 does not accept deposits in any other currency. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
The minimum deposit at Lucky 93 is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Details are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Lucky 93 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for specific accounts based on risk assessment and verification status.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from third parties, is prohibited. Lucky 93 will reject or refund deposits where the payment source cannot be confirmed as belonging to the account holder.
Funds deposited into your Lucky 93 account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming. They do not earn interest. Lucky 93 holds player funds separate from operating funds. In the event that Lucky 93 ceases operations, all verified player balances will be returned to account holders using their registered payment methods.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been used for deposits or verified through the KYC process as belonging to the account holder. Lucky 93 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or accounts in names other than that of the registered account holder.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Lucky 93 aims to initiate all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky 93 is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account verification level and payment method. High-value withdrawals above Rs 100,000 may require additional verification and may be paid in multiple instalments across consecutive business days.
Lucky 93 requires that each deposit be wagered at least once in full before a withdrawal is processed. This condition applies to deposited principal — it is a separate requirement from any bonus wagering requirements. This condition is in place as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. If a deposit has not been wagered at all and a withdrawal is requested, Lucky 93 may deduct a processing fee of up to 10% of the unplayed amount.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a Lucky 93 deposit will be treated as a breach of these terms. Lucky 93 will provide full transaction records to the relevant payment provider to contest any chargeback attempt. Accounts associated with chargeback activity will be suspended immediately.
All bets placed at Lucky 93 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules. General betting rules applicable across all Lucky 93 products are set out below.
A bet is accepted only when you receive a confirmed bet reference number. A bet slip displayed on screen does not constitute acceptance. Lucky 93 reserves the right to refuse any bet, cancel any bet already accepted, or limit the maximum stake on any market at any time and without giving a reason. This includes situations where a technical error may have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
If a market is offered or odds are displayed as the result of a manifest error — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions or human input errors — Lucky 93 reserves the right to void any bet placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
Lucky 93 takes sporting integrity extremely seriously. Any account suspected of involvement in match fixing, spot fixing, insider trading or any form of corrupt activity in relation to an event bet on at Lucky 93 will be suspended immediately and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority. All associated winnings will be withheld pending investigation.
Lucky 93 applies maximum winning limits per event. These limits vary by sport, market and account level. Standard single-event maximum payout is Rs 2,000,000 for cricket and sports betting and Rs 500,000 for casino games and virtual sports. Accumulator bets are subject to an overall maximum payout of Rs 5,000,000 regardless of the odds achieved.
Lucky 93 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts and tournament-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.
All Lucky 93 bonuses carry wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on virtual sports, some live casino tables and certain low-margin markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards meeting wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates are listed in each individual promotion's terms.
Lucky 93 accounts may hold only one active bonus at a time. If you opt into a new promotion before completing the wagering requirements on a current bonus, the existing bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. You will not be able to retroactively reclaim a previously forfeited bonus.
Lucky 93 monitors betting patterns associated with bonus balances. Where activity is identified that Lucky 93 reasonably believes constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — Lucky 93 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account. Bonus abuse includes coordinated activity across multiple accounts.
All bonuses at Lucky 93 carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not resulted in a completed wagering requirement by the expiry date are removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky 93 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
Lucky 93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account action include breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, technical account issues requiring investigation, or a responsible gaming request made by the account holder or an authorised third party.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited to Lucky 93 depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct — for example, Lucky 93 ceasing operations in a particular jurisdiction — all verified balances will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 30 days.
You may close your Lucky 93 account at any time by contacting support@lucky93.bet. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method. Accounts requested to be closed under responsible gaming provisions will be processed according to Lucky 93's responsible gaming policy.
Lucky 93 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at lucky93.bet/privacy-policy. By registering at Lucky 93 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
