Log in to your Lucky 93 account, go to Wallet, then select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or card), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are processed by the Lucky 93 finance team during operating hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash payouts are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers can take up to one business day.
The minimum withdrawal from your Lucky 93 account is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts are subject to a withdrawal limit of Rs 25,000 per month — complete KYC to remove this restriction.
Most Lucky 93 withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal business hours. Delays can happen if your KYC is incomplete, if there is a discrepancy between your account name and your payment method, or if the withdrawal is flagged for a routine security check. From that point, every login will require your password plus a one-time PIN sent to your phone. It adds around 10 seconds to login and makes your account significantly harder to compromise — we strongly recommend enabling it.
Change your password immediately from Account Settings. Then contact Lucky 93 support at support@lucky93.bet with the subject "Compromised Account" — our security team will review your login history, check for unauthorised transactions and take appropriate action. Do not share your new password with anyone, including people claiming to be Lucky 93 support staff. Lucky 93 will never ask for your password.
